All cancellations need to be made within 24 hours following payment. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund if products have already been processed by warehouses. Please contact us at support@efficientking.com.
SIZE OR COLOUR CHANGE
Any size or color changes need to be made within 12 hours following payment. Please contact us at support@efficientking.com.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM?
If the item you received is defective/faulty, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of product (and up to 7 days for electronic products) at support@efficientking.com and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return. Please also attach a photo of the defect item to your email.
After we have confirmed the defect, we are more than happy to provide the option for full-refund or an exchange of item.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH EXCHANGE OF ITEM?
After contacting us and being provided the option for an exchange of item.
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1) Please re-pack the item in its original condition* and original packaging.
*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
2) Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
3) As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
WILL I BE CHARGED ANY RETURN FEE/RESTOCK FEE?
No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when defect item is returned you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. The return shipping cost is to be handled by you.
